- Hatch Green Chiles from the Fresh Chile Co
- Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into strips
- Lard or Oil for frying
- 3 large eggs
- For the Burritos
- Meat- I LOVE using carnitas meat in these burritos, but shredded chicken or even steak would be tasty.
- Veggies: Fresh chopped tomatoes, onion, and cilantro are always a must in these burritos!
