Chile Chocolate Cinnamon Cookie Recipe

  • 2 tbsp of X-Hot Fresh Red Chile
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box of Duncan Hines* Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix

*Any similar brownie mix will do fine as well!

Chile Chocolate Cinnamon Cookie



1. Prepare Bowl
Add brownie mix to a large bowl.

2. Add Ingredients
Add 1/3 cup of butter, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 egg, and 2 tbsp of Fresh Red Chile (X-Hot) into the bowl with the brownie mix.

3. Combine the Mixture
Mix until the mix reaches a semi-solid state.

4. Prepare a Baking Sheet
Spray a baking sheet with either canola oil or a similar non-stick cooking spray, and add your cookies.

5. Make Cookie Balls
Use a tbsp measuring cup to make little cookie balls and place them onto the sheet.

6. Place Into the Oven
Place into the oven at the brownie box's cooking instructions.

7. Take Out the Cookies
Remove cookies from the oven, let the cookies cool, and enjoy!
