Ingredients:
- 2 - 10oz bags of baking chocolates or chocolate chips
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- Fresh Hatch Red Chile Sauce

Instructions:
1. Add Baking Chocolates
In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, pour in 20oz of either baking chocolates or chocolate chips, both will work fine.
2. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk
In the same bowl, pour one can of Sweetened Condensed Mild on top of the chocolate.
3. Add Fresh Red
Next, add in four tablespoons of Fresh Hatch Red Chile Sauce, for this recipe we used the X-Hot variety.
4. Microwave
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until melted.
5. Stir
Remove from the microwave and stir until you get a creamy consistency.
6. Add other ingredients
You may add any other ingredients, pecans or other nuts, that you desire at this step.
6. Pour into a pan
Pour into a buttered pan and smooth to an even layer
7. Put into Fridge
Finally, put that into the fridge, or freezer, for at least 4 hours. Once hardened, cut, serve, and enjoy!!

When you say ‘chili sauce’ is that the power or prepared chili sauce?

On the fudge recipe: Is that semi-sweet chocolate chips? When you say a jar of condense milk, is that a can or is that something different?
