Fresh Chile $10,000 Giveaway – Official Rules

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Fresh Chile $10,000 Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 AM PST on February 21, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on April 30, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to **legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia** who are **18 years or older** at the time of entry and make purchases through **Fresh Chile Co.'s retail store or website (www.freshchileco.com).**

Wholesale customers, bulk buyers, and purchases made through B2B accounts are NOT eligible for entries into the giveaway.

3. HOW TO ENTER

A. PURCHASE ENTRY

For every $1 spent on freshchileco.com during the Sweepstakes Period, an entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries are automatically tracked based on order total (including shipping and tax).

B. MAIL-IN ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)

To enter without making a purchase, handprint your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 4”x6” postcard and mail it to:

• Each valid postcard received will count as 10 entries into the Sweepstakes.
• Limit: One (1) mail-in entry per person.
• Postcards must be postmarked by April 30, 2025 and received by May 7, 2025 to be eligible.

4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

On or about May 9, 2025, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of selection. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive $10,000 USD (awarded via check or electronic transfer).

• The prize is non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed.
• The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 before receiving the prize.

6. GENERAL TERMS

By entering, participants agree to:

• Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Fresh Chile Co., which are final.
• Allow Fresh Chile Co. to use their name, likeness, and testimonial for promotional purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited by law).
• Release Fresh Chile Co. and its affiliates from any liability related to the Sweepstakes.

7. DISQUALIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION

Fresh Chile Co. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Submits false or misleading information.
• Uses automated entries, third-party sweepstakes services, or fraudulent methods.
• Attempts to disrupt or tamper with the Sweepstakes in any way.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

By entering, you consent to Fresh Chile Co.’s collection, use, and sharing of your personal information for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. Your information will not be sold to third parties. See our full Privacy Policy.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Las Cruces, New Mexico.
• Entrants waive the right to class-action lawsuits and agree to resolve disputes individually.

10. WINNER LIST

The winner’s name will be announced on freshchileco.com and Fresh Chile’s official social media channels on or after May 15, 2025.
