Mesquite honey is considered to be one of the best and most sought-after varieties of honey. By itself it is a light, clear honey, but we like to blend it with our local, darker wildflower honey for a more complex flavor. This honey is raw and gorgeous--you are going to love it!

All of The Fresh Chile Co. Honey is raw and local to Southern New Mexico. It is pressed by a family that has been producing honey in the Mesilla Valley for 110 years. Each honey is an excellent sugar substitute in both baking and cooking. They are also wonderful for topping on toast, swirling in your cup of tea, or fulfilling any of your other honey needs.  

Each jar contains 16oz (1lb) of honey.

Delicious!!

I ordered this for the first time 2 weeks ago. It is delicious! I have had it on Sopapillas. I make a drink with lemon, lime, sea salt, spring water, and honey.
