Ingredients for Wings:
- 24 wings
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp softened butter
- 1 tsp of Hatch Red Chile Powder
- 1 tsp of Hatch Green Chile Powder
- ½ a jar of Fresh Hatch Red Chile Sauce
- ⅓ cup of Raw, Mesquite & Wildflower Honey
Ingredients for Dip:
- 4 ½ oz bleu cheese crumbles
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Sour Cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbsp of Pure Hatch Green Chile
Instructions for Wings:
1. Make Spice Mixture
Mix seasonings together in large mixing bowls.
2. Coat the Wings
Add wings to a large mixing bowl and mix coating wings evenly.
Place on grill and cook to an internal temperature of 165º F.
4. Make Sauce Mixture
While the wings are cooking add Fresh Red, Honey, and Softened Butter to a saucepan over low heat stirring to soften and mix sauce ingredients. BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN THE SAUCE.
5. Add Sauce to Wings
Once wings are cooked thoroughly mix into wing sauce and place back on the grill to allow the sauce to set. This should only take about 2 min each side.
Instructions for Dip:
1. Start the Dip Mixture
Mix blue cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
2. Add Green Chile
Stir in Pure Green Chile, salt, and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate and allow to cool/thicken.
