Hatch Honey

We have regular delicious Honey and Red Chile infused Honey. The Fresh Chile Company Honey is raw and local to Southern New Mexico. It is pressed by a family that has been producing honey in the Mesilla Valley for 110 years. It is an excellent sugar substitute in both baking and cooking. In addition to regular Honey, we have added Honey infused with Sun-Dried Hatch Red Chile.
