Ingredients:
- 1 Jar of Sun-Dried Red Chile Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon of Posole Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon of Raw, Mesquite & Wildflower Honey or Hatch Hot Honey - Sweet & Spicy
- 2lbs Pork Shoulder
- 1 Teaspoon Adobo Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon Orange Juice Concentrate
- ½ cup water
Instructions:
1. Heat Skillet
Heat a deep skillet or pot to medium-high heat and add oil.
2. Season the Pork
Season pork with Posole Seasoning and Adobo seasoning, add to skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Combine Ingredients
Whisk together Sun-Dried Red Chile Sauce, Honey, Orange Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Water, add to pork, and bring to a boil.
4. Cook
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, occasionally stirring, until liquid is thickened and pork is tender, about 1 ½ hours.
5. Serve
