Traditional New Mexican Red Chile Pork Tamales are delicious! It is a classic cuisine of the Southwest. This is a meal with beloved ingredients like Chorizo that perk up our favorite dishes. Throw in some Hatch Red Chile; there isn't much else to say. It's one of the best flavor combinations in New Mexico and the Southwest.

We use an authentic New Mexican recipe for our Tamales. Fluffy masa made with stone-ground maseca (corn flour) is stuffed with shredded pork soaked in a Hatch Red Chile Sauce. Each Tamale is wrapped in a traditional hoja (corn husk) and steamed to perfection. Once steamed, these Tamales will melt in your mouth. Our Tamales are hand-made in small batches to ensure top-notch quality. These Tamales are so good you may even mistake these for your Abuela's (Grandmother's).

In a bag of 12, our Tamales are easy to defrost and heat in the Microwave or with steam. For the best results, defrost the Tamales in the Microwave (45 seconds per Tamale) to start. Produced by Amigo's Mexican Foods.

We cannot ship this product to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical address when checking out. It will be shipped with Dry Ice. When unpacking the shipping container, please use gloves and handle the Dry Ice carefully.



Steamer:
 Place the thawed tamales in a steamer for 8-12 minutes.

Oven: Pre-heat to 325º F. Wrap thawed tamales in tin foil and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
