Just like we get in NM
We eat tamales regularly in NM and these compare favorably! They were shipped and remained totally frozen, to Colorado, in early December. Easy to separate into 3 units so we could repackage them for 3 meals. And when we ate them last night -- YUM. Served with red and melted cheese, spanish rice. I think they have enough filling, the masa is tender, and the heat is about New Mexico Medium. Just about perfect, tho expensive when shipping.
