This physical cookbook is dedicated to our incredible Fresh Chile customers, who have shared their love for Hatch chiles and crafted an extraordinary world of delicious foods. Thank you all!
Fresh Chile began when my father started making his fresh red chile sauce and “special salsa” every Sunday for dinner, regardless of the main course. We couldn't get enough of it.
As time passed, he shared his recipes, and Carol and I began making them, creating extra batches for special friends and clients during the holidays. They soon started asking us to make more for them to give as gifts.
The demand increased, that Fresh Chile launched, producing a wide variety of chile products using the exceptional chiles grown in the Hatch Valley, just north of Las Cruces.
We also started a private Facebook group called Fresh Chile Cookin’, where our community posts pictures and descriptions of the amazing dishes they create with our products. Today, the group has grown to over 30,000 members who share our passion for Hatch chile and Fresh Chile products, and who generously share their culinary masterpieces.
This 2022 edition celebrates the recipe winners from our Fresh Chile Cookin' group. We are thrilled to showcase their creativity and dedication to Hatch chiles. We know you'll love these recipes as much as we do and have as much fun cooking them.
