Medium heat is more like high heat - not great tasting eithe

I have a good tolerance with heat.. their medium is about a 8-9 out of 10ā€¦ not medium in my book. Not a great tasting flavor to any of them really and the heat overpowers everything.. super disappointing and their shelf life after opening is only 7 days

I love this sauce! It is thick and full of flavor. Itā€™s never runny, it doesnā€™t settle or separate when it sits in the fridge like other sauces. Others will settle and separate as it sits, the solids will settle at the bottom and all the water at the top. But as they say, they donā€™t sell water, their sauces are thick and full of flavor. I love the heat and of course the roasted chile flavor!
