Great stuff, I put it on anything edible andthen decide if it works or not. I just had some(Big Jim, Red & Green blend) with rice and it was delicious.

575 Red and Green Blend

I was waiting for this year's batch to come out and promptly ordered some. This blend has always been a favorite of mine. This last batch was somewhat disappointing in that it looked identical to Big Jim's Green 575. That is, there was no red in it! Just green and some splattering of orange, very unlike last years Red & Green Blend. Still tastes great, but not quite the same.
