Chile Con Carne

 2 1/4 lbs Beef stew brisket (cubed)

1 med onion diced

3 cloves garlic crushed

1-2 med. Potatoes cubed

2 c. Beef broth

1 jar Fresh Chile Co. Red or Green (you choose heat level) My favorite is X-hot

Brown stew meat in lightly oiled Dutch oven or med heavy pot. Add onions and garlic.

When meat is brown on all sides add beef broth, Fresh Chile Co. Chile, and potatoes. Cover and bring to a slow boil, then lower heat to a low simmer for 2-3 hours stirring occasionally.
