Ingredients:
- 10 Hard Boiled Eggs
- ¼ Cup of Mayonnaise
- ⅓ Cup of Dill Relish
- ⅓ Cup of Hatch Jalapeño Mustard Relish
Instructions:
1. Cook Eggs
Boil your eggs the day before and chill overnight. This will make them much easier to peel.
2. Peel Eggs
Once the eggs are properly chilled, peel the shell completely off of them.
3. Cut Eggs
Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, place the yolks in a separate medium sized bowl.
4. Mix Yolk mixture
Add in the mayonnaise, relish, and Hatch Jalapeño Mustard Relish to the egg yolks and mix thoroughly.
5. Fill Eggs
Fill the inside of the egg whites with the egg yolk mixture. You can also add some of our Fresh Hatch Red Chile Sauce on top as well. Serve and Enjoy!
