- 1 - 32 oz. Block of Velveeta Cheese, Cut In Small Pieces
- 1 - 12 oz. Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 Jar of Pure Hatch Green Chile
1. Add Ingredients
Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe container. You can also do this recipe on a stove top burner in a non stick pan or pot.
Microwave for 3 minutes and stir. Continue to repeat every 3 minutes until Chile Con Queso is smooth.
