Peeled and carefully packed in 1 lb., vacuum-sealed bags, we freeze it rapidly so the flavor is flawless for you. Sold in 5 lb. bundles (but packaged in 1 lb. bags so you can thaw in smaller amounts, as you need it), we ship these beauties cold and quickly. Select Chopped or Whole. Chile is peeled but not deseeded.


Medium heat taste peppers are the Charger or Joe Parker variety of Hatch Chile Peppers.
