I am quickly becoming a convert to all things Fresh Chile. These are quality products and great tasting. We are quickly working our way through their various products and getting calibrated to the heat rating. We like spice and the medium is plenty for us! I find that the med in red seems more intense than the green but, that could just be my perception. Highly recommended !
