This is the best hatched green chili relish I’ve ever bought since I moved to Ohio from Colorado. The people out here don’t know how wonderful roasted hatched chilis are. I just placed another order! I am considering a subscription because I put this on almost everything I eat—eggs, burritos (and every Mexican dish I prepare). Including hamburgers and grilled steak.

I was curious though why it has 6% sodium in it for two table spoons if it has no salt added

I was curious though why it has 6% sodium in it for two table spoons if it has no salt added. I have high BP so i have to watch it. It's very good though.

I am a huge fan in all the products from the Fresh Chili Company. My family loves the mild green chili in almost everything. I love the hot on eggs or tacos. Truly cannot beat the flavor and freshness of their products. I buy mine at Market Street supermarket in Albuquerque, but plan to order a larger assortment from the website.
