Fresh or frozen, there is always Posole in my house. I don’t seem to be able to make it the same every time as I usually cook/make with what’s on hand, but always give great reviews when sharing. Of course when we all get together for Christmas on Anna Marie Island (FL) there will be a fresh pot on the countertop.
