Not as thick as I saw in the advertisement. And a lot of tomato skin. Other than that the taste is great. I thought I ordered hot and I got medium. So I ordered another 6 jars of hot. I'm sure it will be great

Spicy

The Medium-Hot version is very spicy. My tongue tingled for quite a while. The flavor is pretty good but, in my opinion, it kind of has that typical jarred salsa taste. I prefer my own homemade salsa using fresh roasted or dried hatch chile.
