Surprisingly, the Big Jim Red Chile Sauce was a bit more mild than anticipated. The flavor was quite good, but on the mild side.

Good Hatch Red Chili Enchilada Sauce -mmmm

I used to live in New Mexico, but in 2022, I retired and moved to Arkansas. I do love Arkansas but getting good Hatch chili here is nearly impossible. I ordered the Hatch Chili Enchilada Sauce and discovered it was great. I can't wait to share some with my son.
