It all began with a salty, spicy kitchen experiment between Lady Oyster and us, The Fresh Chile Company. Could we bring America’s “Napa Valley” for Chile Peppers to its oyster equivalent? Hatch Chile is unique to New Mexico’s Hatch Valley like Champagne is to Champagne. Flavors are earthy, smoky, and smooth. And a Maine oyster — known for its briny, herbaceous, and sweet nuances— is unique to Maine’s cold, pristine waters.
Hatch x New England — a spicy, zesty cocktail sauce recipe from two special regions—with love!
Ingredients: Lemon Juice, Tomato Paste, Sun-Dried Chile Puree, Red Chile Roast, Horseradish, Honey, White Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Water, Salt, Worcestershire Sauce, Garlic, Onion, and Black Pepper.
Processed in a facility that also produces Soy.
