Looks hot but isn’t. Has cumin in it. This is Texas chile not New Mexico. New Mexicans don’t use cumin in their chile. Would work great in chile beans

Love this sauce! Texture is perfect along with the flavor. I use it straight from the jar by the spoonful. Shame if you don't try it....you may become hooked on it!
