Our 2023 Machete (Mild) Hatch Chile Enchilada Sauce is made with freshly picked Hatch Red Chile peppers! We take fresh peppers and boil them down to create this one-of-a-kind enchilada sauce! This sauce pairs perfect with enchiladas, huevos rancheros, & posole. Machete (Mild) is a mild Hatch Red Chile with a heat level compared to other types of Hatch Chile.
