Red Chile Baked Fettuccini


1lb Spaghetti or Fettuccini
1/2lb Ground Beef
1/2lb Ground Sausage
1 Medium Onion (diced)
4 Cloves Garlic (Pressed)
4 Cups Marinara Sauce
2 Cups Fresh Red Chile Sauce
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
4 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


Cook the beef and sausage, onions, garlic and salt/pepper (to taste) in a skillet on high. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti. Drain liquid from meat and add in 1 Cup marinara sauce and 1 Cup Fresh Red Chile Sauce and stir well. Once the spaghetti is cooked and drained, add in the remaining 3 Cups Marinara and 1 Cup Fresh Red Chile Sauce, toss to combine. In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese and 2.5 Cups mozzarella. In 9X13 inch dish add a full layer of pasta mix to the bottom as well as half of the meat sauce mix. Then add on top dollops of the cheese mixture throughout. Next, add the remaining pasta mixture. Lastly, add the remaining meat sauce mixture. Cover with rest of mozzarella cheese. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes until cheese is melted through. Then put under the broiler on high for about 5-8 minutes. Enjoy!
