Hot & Spicy Popcorn

1/2 c. Wildflower Honey from the Fresh Chile Company 
1/2 c. Or 1 stick Butter
1 teaspoon Sea-salt
1 Tablespoon of Fresh Chile Company Red Chile Powder.
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and spray a 13x9x2 or larger pan if you have one.
Air pop 2/3 C. of unpopped Popcorn kernels and once popped pour into prepared pan.

In medium sauce pan melt butter, and honey. Then add Sea Salt and FRESH CHILE Co. RED POWDER. Stir over low heat until it begins to boil. Then add Baking Soda stirring continually. Mixture will begin to foam and grow. Remove from heat, continue to stir while pouring over popcorn in pan. Once all mixture is poured over popcorn, mix it in by stirring and flipping until well covered.

Place in oven uncovered and set timer for 15min. Remove and stir thoroughly. Repeat 3times until popcorn has cooked 1 hour. Once removed stir until cooled (about 2min) this keeps it from sticking to pan. Enjoy!
