Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts

Recipe:
2 cans whole water chestnuts
1 jar FCC BBQ - Sweet & Spicy
Wooden toothpicks
1 package of bacon


Cut bacon in thirds and wrap each water chestnut and secure with a toothpick. After that is done, bake in the oven on a baking sheet at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes or until it is as crisp as you like. Remove from the oven and put them in a baking dish, make sure you coat each one with the FCC barbecue sauce (it may be easier to handle if you warm it a bit). I found it was a bit thick, so I would recommend thinning a bit with a little Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Put back in the oven for another 10 to 15 minutes and you are done. They are sooo good!
