Gonna use this in my winter pot of chili

I think adding a few teaspoons of Hatch Red Chile Powder would be a time-saver. Ordinarily, I'd soak whole dried chilies, sieve them, then add them to the pot of chili. I've agreed with friends that Hatch chilies have lots of flavor.

I used it making chicken enchiladas and they turned out great. You think it’s going to be Hot but it isn’t. Gave them a great flavor!
