300 Calories Per Serving
- ½ tbsp avocado oil
- 1 large tomato
- 1 large onion
- 2 jalapeños
- 1 head of lettuce
- 20 oz of Grilled Chicken
- Sour Cream, to taste
- 1 Lime
- 1 Jar of Hatch Jalapeño Salsa
- ½ tbsp Hatch Green Chile Spice
- 12 Red or Green Chile tortillas
1. Chop Veggies
Fine chop the tomatoes and Jalapeños, and onion.
2. Oil a Pan
Add ½ tbsp of Avocado oil in a pan and warm on medium-high heat.
3. Saute the Veggies
Saute the veggies in the pan to your desired doneness level.
4. Grill Chicken
Remove Veggies from the pan, then add chicken and spices. Cook chicken until done, then add the veggies back into the pan and mix with the chicken.
5. Warm Tortillas
Remove the Fajita mix, and warm your tortillas in the same pan.
Assemble your tacos: grilled chicken, lettuce sour cream, Jalapeño Salsa, and squeeze lime at the very top.
