Cooked them 3-2-1. 3 hours of smoke - 2 hours wrapped in apple juice, butter, Hatch Seasoning, and Honey and a light brushing of FCC BBQ Sauce - 1 hour unwrapped both sides nicely brushed with FCC BBQ Sauce and Hatch Seasoning for a crisp.
Saved the liquid in the wrap and separately mixed a bit with FCC BBQ Sauce. Saved the mixed sauce for dipping while eating.
Of course BBQ beans, my favorite Bush Veggie recipe with some Hatch Seasoning. Delish!
