Caldo De Pollo (Chicken Soup)
Four chicken thighs seasoned with FCC Green Chile powder
Four cloves of garlic
Boil for about 25 minutes, ‘til chicken starts changing color.
Two sliced Calabasitas squash
One sliced russet potato
Two tomatoes blended with onion powder and salt.
Fresh lime juice to taste
2 Tbsp FCC Fresh Green Chile ( cause I had to), added to the pot, and one container chicken broth. Bring to boil and turn down and let simmer. Serve over rice, Enjoy!!
