Rub and Smoke

The Hatch Steak Seasoning makes an excellent rub; not only for ribeye steaks, but smoked beef ribs. Remember the hamburger and even use when smoking pork belly. Smoked Pork Belly street tacos are pretty good partner.

The best seasoning

This steak seasoning is absolutly great on anything you can think of with meat. I made a south west chicken dish with it and it was excellent. Also adds great touch to steaks
