Hatch Green Chile Pork Chops

1. Oil Pan
Add oil to the bottom of a pan or a deep skillet.

2. Add Onion
Put some sliced onion in the bottom of the pan, this step is optional for those who do not prefer onions.

3. Add Pork Chops
Add the pork chops on top of the bed of onions in the pan.

Brown the pork chops and sautée the onions on medium heat.

5. Make Sauce
In a separate mixing bowl, add 1 1/2 cups of rice, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 2 cups of water, and 1 jar of Pure Green Chile. We used the X-Hot variety.

Put the lid on the pan and cook on low for about 30 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
