Hatch Chile Salsa Bruschetta Recipe

* Any cheese that you have on hand will do just fine as well


1. Grate the Havarti Cheese

Grate your cheese. We used about half an ounce of cheese for each baguette slice, about four and one-half ounces of cheese.

2.Slice the baguette

Slice the baguette into about 1/4" - 1/2" thick slices. You should be able to get nine slices, depending on the size of your baguette.

3. Place onto a baking sheet

Place onto a baking sheet lined with either parchment paper or tin foil.

4. Spoon on some Mama’s Salsa

Place about 1 tbsp of Mama's Salsa on top of the baguette slices.

5. Add Cheese

Place about half an ounce of shredded cheese on top of the Mama’s Salsa.

6. Broil on High

Place in the broiler on high heat until the cheese is melted and the bread is starting to toast. This should take around three to five minutes, depending on your broiler.

6. Enjoy!

Let cool, serve and enjoy!
