Macaroni Salad with Sweet and Spicy Mustard and Table Seasoning
(This recipe makes about 6 servings)

Ingredients:

  • 1 box elbow noodles
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup carrot shavings
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Chile Sweet and Spicy Mustard
  • 1 heaping spoonful Fresh Chile Table Seasoning

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta: Boil elbow noodles according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cool water.

2. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the cooked noodles with diced celery, carrot shavings, cheddar cheese, and diced tomatoes.

3. Add the dressing: Stir in mayonnaise, Fresh Chile Co. Sweet and Spicy Mustard, and a big spoonful of Fresh Chile Co. Table Seasoning.

4. Chill and serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. This gives all the flavors time to meld together.

Serving idea: This makes a perfect side dish for any cookout or weekday dinner. Cool, creamy, and full of that bold New Mexico flavor.
