Asparagus and Sausage Soup with Hatch Pure Green Chile
(This recipe serves 6 to 8)

Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Add asparagus, ground sausage, sliced onion, roasted garlic, red potatoes, water, and bouillon cubes to the crockpot.

2. Cook on low overnight, or for 6 to 8 hours, until vegetables are soft and flavors are blended.

3. Stir in 1/2 jar of Fresh Chile Co. Pure Green Chile, 1 can of chicken noodle soup, and 1 can of cream of chicken soup.

4. Let the soup warm through for about 20 to 30 minutes on low heat.

5. Serve hot and enjoy.

Serving tip: This soup is hearty enough to serve on its own but also pairs well with warm bread or cornbread on the side.
