Southwest Style Corned Beef Green Chile Hash

2lbs Smoked Corned Beef ( regular store-bought will work too)
6 Medium Size Baked Potatoes
2 Medium Size Onions
2 Freeze Dried Hatch Green & Red Chile packages
3 Tbs the FCC Dijon Mustard
Add Hatch Spice Blend and Hatch Green Chile Spice to taste…

Sauté onions in oil… add potatoes, corned beef, and chiles. Add mustard and seasonings. Add small amounts of water for extra liquid if the mixture needs for cooking.
Serve with warmed corn tortillas and salsa.
