- 2 ½ - 3lb ground beef
- Two medium eggs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp chipotle chile powder
- 1 tsp Grilling Gods Salt of the Gods
- 1 Cup of Hatch Red & Green Chile
- ½ Tsp of Hatch Green Chile Powder
1. Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the ½ cup of Monterrey Jack Cheese, and only add ½ cup of Hatch Red & Green Chile.
Bake at 350°F for one hour.
3. Top with Chile
Top with remaining ½ cup Hatch Red & Green Chile. Continue to bake for 15 additional minutes.
4. Top with Cheese
Top with ½ cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese. Bake for 5-10 additional minutes or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Allow to cool slightly, then serve and enjoy!
