Ingredients:
- 4 ground beef patties (I used Schwan’s Angus beef)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ can of water
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 can of sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, minced
- ½ - ¾ cups of Pure Hatch Green Chile
- 2 tbsp of Hatch Red Chile Spice Blend
Instructions:
1. Brown the Patties
Brown the patties in 2 tbsp of butter seasoned with Hatch Red Chile Spice Blend
2. Add Cream of Mushrooms Soup
Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 can of water, and 1 can of sliced mushrooms.
3. Add Pure Green Chile
Add Pure Hatch Green Chile Sauce and dried minced onions, and cover for 10 - 15 and let it simmer.
4. Serve
Take out burger patties and stir the gravy mixture. Serve on mashed potatoes.
