4 ground beef patties (I used Schwan’s Angus beef)
Brown the patties in 2 tbsp of butter seasoned with Hatch Spice Blend
Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup & 1/2 can of water
Add 1 can of sliced mushrooms
Add Pure Hatch Green Chile Sauce - I just spooned it on….probably 1/2-3/4 cup
Add dried minced onions
Cover. Simmer for 10-15 min
Take out burger patties…..stir gravy mixture
Serve on mashed potatoes
