Today I made enchiladas using the mild red when previously all we have EVER used is Las Palmas enchilada sauce. My mom used it I use it and now my kids use it. Well let me tell you, and everyone agreed...our enchiladas have NEVER tasted as good as they did tonight using Fresh Chile Red Sauce (mild)!!
