The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (nineteen (19) or older in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one (21) or older in Mississippi). Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win: employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of The Fresh Chile Company, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and fulfillment vendors, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children, regardless of where they reside) and household members of any such person.

There are two (2) ways to enter. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Each qualifying purchase earns one (1) entry. Each free mail-in postcard also earns one (1) entry. Every entry – regardless of how it was obtained – has an equal chance of being selected in the drawing. The more entries you have, the better your overall odds.

Method 1 – Purchase Entry (Online)

During the Entry Period, visit freshchileco.com and place a qualifying purchase of any six-pack (6-pack) or larger single order. Each qualifying one-time purchase, each qualifying ReCharge subscription order that processes between May 14–31, 2026, and each qualifying Rivo member order that processes between May 14–31, 2026 constitutes one (1) entry automatically. Multiple qualifying orders placed during the Entry Period each constitute one (1) additional entry. Limit: no maximum on entries obtained via qualifying purchases (each individual qualifying order = one entry).

Purchases made before May 14, 2026 or after May 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT are not eligible, regardless of when they are processed or shipped.

• Entries must be submitted or postmarked during the Entry Period as stated above.
• Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any other automated means are void.
• Entries are non-transferable. No entries may be purchased, sold, or traded.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries it believes, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, in violation of these rules, or obtained by unauthorized means.
• By entering, entrant represents and warrants that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
• Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission failures, technical malfunctions, or other errors in connection with online entries.

On or about June 2, 2026, Sponsor (or its designated representative) will conduct one (1) random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner. The random drawing will be conducted by a Shopify order export filtered to all qualifying entries received May 14–31, 2026, combined with all qualifying mail-in entries received on or before May 31, 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All eligible entries (purchase and mail-in) have an equal chance of winning.

Grand Prize (1): One thousand U.S. dollars ($1,000 USD total), awarded as both (a) five hundred dollars ($500 USD) by check made payable to the winner, and (b) a five hundred dollar ($500 USD) Fresh Chile Company gift card. Both prize components will be awarded together to the same winner. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize component of equal or greater value if either stated component becomes unavailable for any reason.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000 USD. If a cash prize component is awarded, winner is solely responsible for ensuring the check is deposited within any applicable validity period. The gift card component is subject to Fresh Chile Company's standard gift card terms and conditions.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The aggregate prize value of $1,000 is below the current federal Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold of $2,000 (as established for tax year 2026 under applicable federal law); accordingly, Sponsor does not have a federal obligation to file a Form 1099-MISC for this prize. However, the prize constitutes taxable income to the winner under federal and applicable state law, and winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes. Sponsor recommends winner consult a tax advisor.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry on or about June 2, 2026. If the potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the initial notification attempt, or if the potential winner is found to be ineligible or non-compliant with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.

The potential winner will be required to:

1. Execute and return a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within five (5) days of the date of issuance;
2. Provide a valid government-issued photo ID for identity verification.

Failure to comply within the required time period, or if any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor's decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

Potential winner becomes an official winner only upon verification of eligibility and receipt of all required documentation.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use winner's name, city of residence, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and trade purposes in any medium now known or hereafter developed – including social media and email – without further notice or compensation to winner.

Winner may opt out of the above publicity use by notifying Sponsor in writing within three (3) days of prize notification. Opting out of publicity use does not affect winner's eligibility to receive the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time for any reason, including if fraud, misconduct, technical failures, or factors beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) late, lost, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or undelivered entries or prize notifications; (ii) technical failures, server errors, or interruptions to online entry; (iii) any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation or from receipt or use/misuse of any prize; (iv) typographical, printing, or other errors in these Official Rules or related materials.

By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless The Fresh Chile Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or in connection with: (a) participation in this Sweepstakes; (b) acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of any prize; (c) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of a prize; or (d) any tax liability arising from winning a prize.

Sponsor's total liability to any entrant shall not exceed the ARV of the prize offered. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; the above limitations may not apply to you.

Except where prohibited, these Official Rules and any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, and entrants waive any right to bring or participate in any class action proceeding. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with New Mexico law.

Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Doña Ana County, New Mexico, and entrant consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes (name, mailing address, email, phone number) will be used by Sponsor solely for administration of the Sweepstakes, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and tax reporting as required by law. Sponsor may also use your email address to send you marketing communications about Fresh Chile Company products, subject to your right to opt out at any time. Personal information will not be sold to unaffiliated third parties except as necessary for Sweepstakes administration or as required by law.

This Sweepstakes is structured to comply with the New Mexico Unfair Practices Act (NMSA 1978, §§ 57-12-1 et seq.) and the New Mexico Game Promotion Regulations (12.2.2 NMAC). Sponsor maintains written documentation supporting all required disclosures in these Official Rules and will make such documentation available to the New Mexico Attorney General's Office upon written demand.

This Sweepstakes is a game of chance. It is not a lottery. Consideration (purchase) is eliminated as an absolute requirement for entry by the availability of the free mail-in alternative method of entry described in Rule 2. Winning is determined solely by chance – not by skill or purchase amount. No representation is made that any entrant has "won" or been "selected" unless and until winner verification under Rule 6 is complete.

This Sweepstakes is not, directly or indirectly, conditioned on the purchase of any product at a discounted price, and prizes carry genuine monetary value independent of any Fresh Chile product purchase.
