Randy and Jenna sat down to share the full lineup of our salsas and what makes each one special.

Papa’s Salsa

It all started here. Papa’s Salsa is Randy’s dad’s original recipe, a chunky red and green Hatch chile salsa made with tomato, onion, garlic, and lime. It’s tomato-forward, hearty, and full of flavor. Released on Father’s Day, it quickly became one of our best sellers and remains a fan favorite for good reason.

Mama’s Salsa

For those who like their salsa a little smoother, Mama’s Salsa is the pureed version of Papa’s. It’s the same recipe, just blended for a creamy, even texture that mixes beautifully with every bite. It has won more salsa contests than any other in the lineup, maybe because, as Randy says, “women are smooth, men are chunky.”

Jalapeño Salsa

Made with roasted jalapeños grown in Hatch, this salsa brings a familiar kick with a Hatch-grown twist. It’s thicker than most store-bought jalapeño salsas and has a smoky, roasted flavor that pairs perfectly with tacos, burritos, or chips. Available in medium-hot, it’s a great go-to for anyone who loves traditional heat.

Salsa Verde

Salsa Verde came from a collaboration with a local Las Cruces restaurant whose authentic Mexico City-style salsa inspired Randy to bring it into the lineup. Made with green jalapeños, avocado oil, and a blend of seasonings, this creamy green salsa is smooth, tangy, and perfect for tacos, eggs, or enchiladas. It’s so good it will make you feel like you’re eating in Guanajuato or Mexico City.

Salsa Rojo

If you love Salsa Verde, meet its bold, smoky cousin. Salsa Rojo is made with roasted red jalapeños and the same pure avocado oil. This red version has a deep, rich flavor that’s incredible on pizza, eggs, tacos, or anything that could use a hit of Hatch heat. The red jalapeños are roasted fresh in Hatch, giving it that signature flavor you won’t find anywhere else.

575 Salsa

Named for New Mexico’s area code, 575 Salsa is a nod to home. It’s similar to Papa’s but uses a little less tomato and adds a touch of chicken bouillon for richness. It’s medium in heat and big on Hatch flavor, making it one of our most balanced and versatile salsas for any meal.

Randy’s Salsa

The newest addition to the family, Randy’s Salsa is all about celebrating the Hatch chile itself. It’s made with a high percentage of Hatch red and green chile and has fewer tomatoes, giving it a thick, chunky, chile-forward flavor. The hot version features Sandia chile, a select Hatch variety that brings a real kick. Made fresh from the farm during chile season, this one sells out fast every year.
