Hatch Red Chile

Our Fresh Hatch Red Chile is always from Southern New Mexico. Quality and a little kick guaranteed in every jar. Also, Fresh Hatch Red Chile has no sugar added, is made with 100 percent natural ingredients, and is gluten free! Hatch Red Chile isn’t merely an ingredient in New Mexico, it’s a way of life. For four generations, fresh Hatch Chile has been a part of every meal for the McMillan family, with Randy running the kitchen where friends and family still gather weekly for fresh New Mexico Chile dishes!

Hatch Green Chile

The Pure Green is exactly that, pure Hatch Green Chile. We made a puree from fresh New Mexican Green Chile, then roasted additional fresh Hatch Green Chile, peeled and cut them into large chunks. We put these roasted chunks of Hatch Green Chile into the puree with a little garlic and salt and the result is a delicious new sauce packed with flavor. It truly is “Pure Green! (Available in all 4 heat levels)

Hatch Red & Green Chile Blend

The Hatch Red & Green Blend Chile is made with the pure green puree and fire roasted Hatch red Chile. The color is so beautiful with the red and green together and yet contrasting and the flavor is absolutely unique. It has the savory flavor of the green puree and the sweet fire-roasted flavor of the red chunk.
