Hatch Chile Pizza

Hatch Chile Pizza
  • 1 Pre-Made Pizza Crust (Or a homemade pizza dough, whichever you prefer)
  • Fresh Red Chile (Any desired Heat)
  • Shredded cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (For this recipe, we used onion, chicken, and mushrooms)
Preheat your oven to 450°
Coat your pizza stone (or baking pan) with flour. If you are going to place your pizza crust directly on the oven rack, you can skip this step. 
Spread a generous amount of Fresh Red Chile on the dough as a substitute for marinara sauce. 
Add our favorite toppings. 
Top with your favorite cheese, as much or as little as you want.
Place in oven for about 10-12 minutes or for as long as it takes to cook to an internal temperature of 165° F. 
Cut, serve, and enjoy!
