Ingredients:

  • 1 8oz package with cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • Galt Salt, to taste
  • Ritz crackers (For Dipping)
  • 1 cup of Hatch Red Jalapeño Roast

Instructions:

1. Combine Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients and beat until creamy, adding more sour cream as necessary.

2. Let Dip Set

Allow the dip to sit for at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend.
