Ingredients:
- 1 box Macaroni
 - 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
 - 5 Roma Tomatoes, roughly chopped
 - 2 green onions, chopped
 - 1 cup halved kalamata olives
 - 2 garlic clove, minced
 - 1 tsp black pepper
 - 1 tbsp lime juice
 - ¼ cup cilantro
 - 1 tsp avocado oil
 - ½ cup Monterrey Cheese
 - 2 tbsp Hatch Chile Dijon Mustard
 - 1 tsp Hatch Red Chile Spice Blend
 - 1 cup of Hatch Jalapeño Roast SauceGreen or Red
 
Instructions:
1. Cook Pasta
Cook pasta as directed on the package. Rinse with cold water and drain.
2. Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients.
3. Add Pasta
Add pasta and toss to coat.
4. Refrigerate
Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve and enjoy!
