Jicama French Fries
1 Jicama peeled and cut into thin spears; this is enough for 2 people
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder & salt
1 teaspoon FCC Hatch Spice Blend
Bring the Jicama spears to boil in a pot of water for 10 minutes, and drain the Jicama fries.
Place in a bowl and add all ingredients.
For the air fryer, arrange it in a single layer in an air fryer.
Don't bunch on top of each other.
Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
For the oven, arrange on parchment paper roast for 20 to 30 minutes until crispy on the outside.
Serve with FCC Hatchup, and I love the FCC Dijon. Enjoy!!
