Hatch Sweet & Spicy Rub is a great rub to prepare and enhance the flavor and texture of meats for grilling and smoking.  In 7 oz. jars. Heat to 165 degrees before consuming. Not available for subscriptions.

Ingredients: Demerara sugar, spices (including Hatch Red Chile powder and Mustard), dehydrated garlic and onion, salt. Processed in a facility (Not The Fresh Chile Company) that also processes milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, crustacea, and sesame seeds.
