Win a trip for two to the 2023 Hatch Chile Festival! Enjoy Hatch Chile weekend with Randy & Carol McMillan with tours of Fresh Chile, Rio Grande Winery, Historic Mesilla, and of course, the Hatch Chile Festival.

Qualifications: 2 Winners will be chosen from the following:

1 random winner from our Fresh Chile Product Subscription holders (must be an active reoccurring subscription).

1 random winner from the 52 entries of the Recipe of the Week from our Fresh Chile Cookin' Group on Facebook.

Dates: TBA (Usually 1st weekend of September)

The winner can also choose an alternative package if not available that weekend. See details below.

The trip will include three nights for two people at Hacienda De Mesilla in historic Mesilla, NM. 1 room.

FRIDAY

You will spend Friday night in the "Oldest Wine Region In America" at Rio Grande Winery. Enjoy our award-winning wines on the patio, live music, and an incredible view of the Organ Mountains. Food & wine included.

SATURDAY

Saturday morning, Randy & Carol (Jenna, if available) will conduct a tour for the winner of the Fresh Chile retail store and the industrial production facility. The winners will also receive two cases (12 jars per case) of any Fresh Chile product in the store. 

The winner will spend the rest of the day at the Hatch Chile Festival in Hatch, New Mexico.*

SUNDAY

Sunday, the winners will have their choice of either golf at the new acclaimed Red Hawk Golf Course or shopping at the historic Mesilla plaza in Old Town Mesilla and brunch at the Double Eagle restaurant.

The value of this prize is:

Three nights stay: $1000

Two cases of chile: $200

Two cases of wine: $600

Round of golf: $280

Brunch is $200

Limo tour: $300

Travel expenses: $500 (Towards airfare, gas, or other deemed as necessary travel expenses)

Organ Mountain Outfitters gift card: $100

*If the winner cannot make it to the Hatch Chile Festival, this is an alternative Saturday.

$100 gift card to Organ Mountain Outfitters during the Las Cruces Farmers Market. 

The winners will have lunch at their hotel at the beautiful Hacienda De Mesilla in Mesilla. 

Spend the afternoon with a limo tour of three wineries within 30 miles of Mesilla, New Mexico.

The winner will enjoy a wine-making facility tour and wine tastings from the barrels and tanks. The winners will also receive two cases of select wines from Rio Grande Winery.

  • For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Fresh Chile whose social media handle is @thefreshchileco. The "Hatch Chile Festival Giveaway" refers to a trip for 2 to the Hatch Chile Festival. Must be 21 years of age or older.

  • By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM MST on December 31, 2022. One (1) winner in the USA will be selected at random by Fresh Chile on January 9 and the winner will be notified on or after this date.

  • The Promotors competitions with entry via Instagram and/or Facebook are open only to residents of USA winner will be chosen at random from all entrants and across all platforms.

  • No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

  • Entrants must be over 21 years old on the date of their entry.

  • Employees of Fresh Chile are not eligible to enter.

  • Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

  • Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted.
  • The Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected winner by using a random number generator. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

  • The Promoter will not be help liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

  • Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

  • The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize.​

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
